Craig Pangburn

President/Professional Geologist/Certified Waste Management Professional 

Craig has approximately 31 years of experience in the permitting, drilling, operations, and installation and completion and operation of Class II Salt Water Disposal Systems (SWDS) which includes providing environmental and geologic  evaluations, work overs, re-certification and mechanical integrity testing of Class II (oil & gas related) salt water disposal wells.  Crag possesses quality experience (31 years) of knowledge in the permit application process, geological environmental evaluation studies, drilling, completion, well workovers, mechanical integrity testing and reservoir formation testing of Class I, III,  Hydrocarbon Storage Cavern Wells (LPG) and Deep Porosity Reservoir Storage Wells in order to comply with local, state and federal regulatory agencies. He has more than 20 years of experience in formatting and completing Phase I and Phase II environmental projects related to commercial, industrial and residential markets and completed numerous Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans throughout Kansas.  Craig is a Professional Geologist, licensed in Kansas, Texas and Louisiana.

Tom had accumulated over 50 years of experience in the managerial and accounting aspects of a large corporation.  He managed the day to day accounting operations of both the oilfield and the manufacturing divisions, dealing with companies spanning the United States.

Wayne Jenkinson/Professional Geologist/ Special Projects Director of Consulting

12 years with T&C

Wayne has over 25 years of experience in the environmental industry, which included fourteen (14) open-hole and cased-hole logging in Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas and Canada. His experience included seven (7) years as District Manager for Baker Atlas in Woodward, OK, and one (1) year as Logging Instructor in Odessa, TX, training new engineers in logging operations tool theory.

During Wayne’s twelve (12) years with T&C he was instrumental in the development of the Pressure Observation Test (POT) for Mechanical Integrity Testing (MIT) for Underground Hydrocarbon Storage Wells. In addition, Wayne has provided many quality years of supervision onsite services on Class I, II, Deep Porosity Storage Wells and Underground Hydrocarbon Storage Well in Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Iowa and Illinois.  Wayne also possesses vast knowledge in reservoir testing, pressure fall-off and build-up testing related to Class I, II, and Deep Porosity Reservoir Storage Wells.   Wayne has experience in preparing plans, preparing costs estimates, final reports, interpretation, permitting and expertise related to Class I, II, Underground Hydrocarbon Storage and Deep Porosity Storage Wells.  Additional experience includes overseeing special projects and drilling projects.

Terry Wilkerson/Field Consulting Supervisor

Terry’s oilfield experience began at Welex (Halliburton) in 1977 in Great Bend, KS. Additional experience includes 31 years as a Logging Engineer, Field Sales, Camp Manager and Service Coordinator in Kansas, Oklahoma, California, Texas, Colorado and Iowa. While working for T&C, Terry has obtained extensive quality experience and expertise in providing onsite supervision on well workovers, Class I and Underground Hydrocarbon Storage drilling projects and consulting on Class I, II, Deep Porosity Reservoir Storage and Underground ?Cavern Storage wells in Kansas, Iowa and Oklahoma.  Terry also has extensive experience in preparing proposed plans, cost estimates, interpretations and final reports related to various classifications of wells.

Mike Davis/Field Consulting Supervisor

20 years with T&C

Mike has over 20 years of experience in the maintenance and operation of salt-water disposal systems and Deep Class I and Class II disposal wells. Mike has gained experience and knowledge on providing well-site supervision in reference to Class I, II, III, Underground Hydrocarbon Storage and Deep Porosity Reservoir Storage Wells.  Mike also possesses experience in conducting, gathering information and writing final reports for Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.

Safety Director

Daniel Schaefer/Safety Director/Field Consulting Supervisor

6 years with T&C

Dan’s industry experience includes employment with Northern Natural Gas (NNG) for 31 years and positions held include, Well Service 3, Safety Coordinator and Team Leader. He has experience with not only NNG, but also with T&C Consulting in well workovers that pertain to Deep Porosity Reservoir Storage and Underground Hydrocarbon Cavern Storage Wells.  Dan is proficient in writing and identifying Job Hazard Analysis schooled in OSHA regulations, ISNetworld and PICS, and certified in Hazwoper training.  Dan not only provides quality well-site supervision, he is also the Safety Director at T&C.  He conducts safety meeting monthly, completes random inspections onsite, and writes new procedures when needed for safety for both the Consulting and Rubber Molding Divisions within T&C.  San assists in the preparation of proposed plans, cost estimates, cost analysis, interpretations and final reports related to various classifications of wells.
