Craig is the President of T&C MFG & Operating, Inc. and also a Professional Geologist. He has attended numerous Rubber Molding seminars and continues to keep abreast of the new procedures in the rubber molding industry.
Thomas McGlinn, Vice President/Secretary/Treasurer
Tom has worked in and around the rubber industry for all of his career life. He has attended Rubber Molding seminars and workshops to keep in touch with the industry.

Clinton Pangburn, Rubber Division Manager
T&C acquired a new Rubber Division Manager in April of 2014. Clinton Pangburn has brought with him a great teamwork attitude, supervisory experience and a healthy work ethic. He received an Associates Degree in Business Management and Leadership in 2013 and recently completed an extensive rubber course with the University of Akron.
Clint is in charge of the plant staff, ordering rubber compounds, coordinating press time, making sure orders are shipped on time, and assisting with any duties deemed necessary at the plant.
